P K Smith Motors Inc

A report was posted in my name. I haven't been to PK Smith in a few years. I've bought two brand new and 3 used vehicles throughout the years. Service takes a while, but being one of few decent repair service shops here in Winnfield, I'm sure they get swamped every once in awhile. I've always had a good purchasing experience with PK Smith. I've always thought of Mike as a family friend, but he did surprise me once. I'm sure he thought I was there to complain about my vehicle being in the shop for a while. They can't help it if the wrong parts get sent instead of the correct part ordered. But I was there to see about trading the vehicle in question. I totally understand why he perceived my visit as hostile. No hard feelings. Business is business.

The old guy up there is very rude, kept ignoring my wife even tho she knows what she wants I just kept asking my wife and he didn't like that

Do not go here for oil change. I brought my Kia in for a simple oil and filter change. I even brought the oil and filter. The person did not check the specs for the amount of oil required and just poured in 5 quarts when my behicle akes 4.2 quarts. He then in a very poor attempt tried to drain some out which splattered uncontrollably all over the ground. All I got was I'm sorry by the manager over the department. The service department failed to provide adequate service, no reimbursement or compensation for the problems or my missing .8 of a quart that when on the ground.

To whom it may concern, I was in Winfield on Business, when one of my employee's had a flat tire. It is the Holiday weekend for Labor Day and even though Mikes Service department was closed, he allowed one of his staff (Austin) to come out and assist me with fixing the flat tire for my employee. To me this shows true quality and excellence. Mike had nothing to gain here, just an honest caring business man taking care of a stranger. I can only imagine how great his customer service is for a customer buying a vehicle from him. Huge thanks to Mike and his employee Austin for assisting us. I would definitely considering buying a car and having my service done by Mike and his friendly staff!

we took my 94 yo moms car there for what should have been fairly simple issues to repair . 2 days later they called and said it was ready . we paid 1500$ and took it home . within 2 days we realized nothing had been repaired . we did the usual back and forth . we took it back . they kept it 3 days and we brought it home . one of the three issues were fixed . me and my brother strongly suggest not taking your vehicle there for service
