Paddock Chevrolet Delivery Center

Our salesperson and finance manager are wonderful. Not pleased with the delivery staff. They were late for my appointment. The laptops were not charged and the after-signing staff rushed you out the door. Did not inspect the vehicle with you. I found scratches and chipped paint on the driver's door where it was opened and hit something.

Paddock Chevrolet is outstanding. The vehicle delivery center is always very friendly and informative. They don't mess around. Everything is prepared and easy to process through. My saleman Tony Molino and The delivery centers Autumn were extremely efficient and friendly. The financial supervisor was very helpful and fast! Lots of parking available. The facilities were spotless. The Equinox was immaculate and runs awesomely. I'm a long time returning customer and Paddock continues to get better.

The process of purchasing a new vehicle was excellent with this group. It took a couple meetings and only 2 hours of contract signing. Eric is my sales rep and helped me through the whole process. Great experience! The sales team rocked it!

This dealer has always been good to us, we just bought our 5th vehicle from them in February. Only strange thing, and maybe because of all the scamdemic changes everyone made, it just seems more disconnected now, not quite as personal, never saw any of the owners this time (been coming since 2005) and things seen in disarray...not disorganized, just, well, not at bright, sparkly, not quite as joyful. Our salesman was...let's just say...'highly motivated'? Not really pushy, but 'motivated.' But Joe, the salesman WAS cool as hell, very helpful. They didn't like that we got our own financing but they didn't treat up any differently. I would definitely recommend Paddock for pre-owned and new from paddock (wife's 2005 Cobalt, my 2005 Silverado 2500HD, wife's 2021 Sonic, my 2009 Silverado 2500HD, and the newest is the wife's 2021 Chevy Trax AWD...my 2018 is a GMC Sierra HD so bought elsewhere. Very happy with this dealer since 2005!
