I have never had a single dealership waste more of my time. I went to purchase a vehicle outright today after speaking with the salesperson (Banjo) about the truck since Friday. I’m there in the truck today with the keys ready to drive it and pay cash when the lackey comes up and says he needs the keys back because the vehicle is sold. Why did you waste my time? Did you think I would fall for the bait and switch? I knew what I was there for just as you did, and you pulled some crap allowing $20k to walk off the lot to be spent elsewhere. Also to mention the thousands of dollars of questionable service I’ve had performed there over the past four years. I’m not giving you guys any more of my money nor will I suggest anybody I know to buy a vehicle from here. The only decent thing about this dealership is the guy that drives the shuttle, Jack is cool. Jack deserves more stars, the sales team deserves less than one star.

Its alright. Sales people are not super pushy which is nice, the financing is rough. Large down payments if you dont have a trade in. The service center is good. I can get a oil change and tire rotation in a could house. Worth it because I know they will have the correct parts and fluid for my SUV.

Ryan was the first person to reach out to me when I was researching SUVs. We talked on the phone about what I was looking for in a car. He sent me videos of the cars I was interested in. When I went to look at the cars in person, Ryan was off that day but his team member Frank stepped in and showed me the cars and answered all my questions. My last visit Ryan and Frank were busy with other people. Morgan stepped in and I did a test drive.. I loved that Trailblazer.. It was very easy to handle and quiet ride.. The paper work was done and we bought the SUV. All of them were awesome!!! They are a team as each one told me. They made it a fun experience for me. No pressure sales and they were happy to answer any questions. They were professional and very polite.They have done a couple of follow up calls to make sure everything is going well with the SUV. I highly recommend Pahrump Valley Auto Plaza and the wonderful sales team!!!

Excellent experience all around. My sales representative Brian was the best. Honest and reasonable a great guy. Shout out to the finance manager who made completing the deal painless. Very happy with my 2026 Colorado ZR2 buying experience all around.
