He made my out of province purchase hassle free and was very accommodating to me speaking in English throughout the sale process. Excellent selection of vehicles in stock. I was able to purchase a heavy spec work truck that is not available on every lot. Fantastic dealership, service and personnel. It was well worth the drive to Sorel to buy my car here. I got and amazing deal on my new Jeep and a very fair price on my trade-in. They were extremely helpful with the license bureau (SAAQ) and made sure everything went smooth. The vehicle was immaculate and they didn't let me leave till I was fully briefed on the vehicle and my phone was properly paired. It's my first time buying a Chrysler product but I must say I was impressed with the level of attention. They also have a great inventory of amazing vehicles and the dealership is run very well with a personal touch as the owner even came out to greet me. This was the only dealership that had what I was looking for and they delivered. I look forward to returning for service and ordering accessories. Thanks to the whole team for a splendid experience. The salesman was very nice, not pushy at all. Kept trying to serve us in English even when we would switch to French. Finance guy didn't try to sell us extras or anything shady. My third experience with purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and by far the best so far. Trustworthy business and worth the drive from Montreal.

Went to buy a used hyundai sonata which they had very coyly kept washed and waxed to deceive me. They said we have checked the car and mechanically it is perfect, ready to drive home. Yet, knowing what liars car salesmen are, i told them i want to get it checked by my own mechanic before buying. So we went to the mechanic. He said there are numerous problems from worn out brakes to gasket issues and would cost almost $800 to repair. Empowered with this new info, i said no way im paying $5000 for a 2008 sonata with the repairs specified. The guy asked his boss who apparently refused to budge and had no courtesy to come out and talk to us. Maybe he thought we just weren't with his time. Needless to say, i didn't purchase the vehicle. P.S: Before leaving me and my friend walked past the boss's office on purpose, saluted him and walked away.
