First time coming here and I have to say I found a home here...easy to find great service..These boys don't miss, they are on point and service quality! quality!! quality!!!.... once I showed up Nick greeted me and got me set...it was a warm welcome he also let me know that Wally will be closing me on the service it was a pleasure meeting you Wally.... Nick let me know where all the options of waiting areas that are available me complete with a Starbucks coffee dispenser machine (loved it) I had let him know I needed to to plug in for work he pointed me in the right direction...Thanks Nick (Wally) During my time working in the Lincoln Lounge keeping that Starbucks machine busy, I was able to set up and get work done...I received real time text updates from Wally, I interacted with the featured videos on my vehicle, applying recommended services from my phone etc. a great experience no pain what so ever! easy to use easy to understand..I found it very very informative and satisfied...I see no other way to do business..Thank you again for the Transparency it holds great value to me... Juan Felix was the Mechanic on the video, Juan explained all the services being applied to my vehicle throughly, he was straight forward with the visuals professional and easy to understand..thank you Juan for the awareness of inspections from my carbon filter, axel, to my tires etc. you gave me awareness to prepare myself for future expenses that may come my way..thank you again you did well Mazda can't do it without bud!....Nick also let me know that they may offer price matching on tires..and also just let me know that their prices on tires are still very good anyway.. Mazda Palm Springs Motors is SECOND TO NONE!...you can't beat em!....Looking forward to my next visit....

Hi there, I have bought cars from different dealerships in the past 9 years . And Palm Springs Mazda has been the best! When me and my wife arrived at Palm Springs Mazda it was about time for them to close, however, that evening was concerning because our past experiences in other dealerships, but we met Izzy and he was kind and patient. Also spoke with Julian the manager and greeted us with respect and went out of his way to help with our purchase. Including the financial guy made our deal easier and gave us the best interest rate. Therefore I would comeback again and refer Palm Springs Mazda!

Bought my '23 Miata couple of months ago and I can't stop smiling 😊 it's been a great car. Buying here was a good experience- no pushy salespeople and they welcomed my bank's financing. I also brought my car for service and they actually send you a full video of the entire thing- it's transparent AF. I like that honesty especially when repairs are needed. I would definitely buy here again, I'll keep bringing my baby in for their excellent service dept. They also have a shuttle so no wasting time while they work- thanks for the ride to the gym!!

I can’t say anything negative about Palm Springs Mazda. Rick Freeze is very knowledgeable, caring, honest, friendly and personable. I felt that my dad was selling me a car. Great experience. I then met with Adrian in finance and he was very helpful and made it seem less and pain free. They had me in an out within 2 hours max. This is my fourth Mazda and first with Palm Springs Mazda. Thank you.

My daughter went there to get her door latch fixed while on break from college because the drivers side door would not stay closed. This a big problem, but when she arrived, the service person said without an appointment, they could not help. Then they said they could but it would cost more. Very condescending and unhelpful. We will go somewhere else.
