Cannot say enough great things about this family-owned dealership. I had so many questions and every single one was answered timely and kindly. Major compliments to Kayla for helping me get started in the process and particularly to Jacob for bringing the whole deal to a successful close. Great experience for my first time. Bought a used rental car with 29k miles. No service done to it yet so I was due for the 30k service and set the appointment up easily online. They have multiple service techs to greet you, unlike the previous dealership I dealt with up the hill. The building is modern and clean. The waiting area was nice and quiet, again, unlike the previous dealership I used to go to. The service took about 90 minutes and try even washed my car for me, unlike the previous dealership up the hill. I checked out easily and enjoyed my interactions with all involved.

This was by far the easiest, friendliest transaction I have ever had and I have purchased a lot of cars in the past. The price of the truck I purchased was fair, I received a fair offer on my trade in as well. My sales person Daniel was excellent to work with as well as the sales manager and finance. I would definitely go back to this dealership in the future.

I live in Arizona and did not have time to service my car before make a trip to Palm Springs. I decided to take it in to Palm Springs Subaru. I scheduled an appointment online. I was promptly seen by a great service advisor (Sarah) and they worked on my vehicle for about an hour and it was brought back to me shiny clean! Also they have many computerized reports that show what was done and the health of so many aspects of your car. It was a totally positive experience. I mentioned to the friend I am visiting that I wish I could use them all the time. I was able to print out all of the reports for my records. Highly recommend.
