Beware! Dealership is dishonest! Issue 1– Eddy sold me a 2013 Mercedes SUV with the promise of a manufacturers 100,000 mile extended warranty. Dealership owner Carlos literally told me “if I were you I’d buy the 2013 model that comes with a 100,000 warranty than the 2015 model that only has 8,000 miles left on its warranty.” Turns out that 100,000 miles warranty expired after 4 months. No one disclosed that, knowingly misled me. After I brought it to their attention, they tried to sell me a warranty for an additional $2k. Issue 2–after leaving deposit for the car, the following day I came in and the car battery was dead. Eddy lied and said it was because the car alarm was on most of the weekend. He said he would replace it with a new one. 2 months later my battery was dead again. Turns out the batter they put in the car was old and the wrong battery for the car. I spent $350 to get a new battery. Issue 3–I’ve had the at the Mercedes dealership twice already for engine issues. Awful experience. I saw the red flags, but went against my instincts. I gave Eddy and Carlos the benefit of the doubt because they seemed like nice guys. DON’T buy from this place.
AMAZING customer experience. everyone in this dealership was so kind and patient in helping me select the right car, i truly recommend anyone who's looking to buy a luxury automobile look into buying their car here. i can't thank this staff enough for getting me a great price and a car i love!!
These guys are your typical cars salesman. I bought a Ferrari 488 which I was told had a clean title. After doing my own research turns out car had an accident. Confronted the owner Carlos about it, he said he didn’t know anything about it even tough his listing on Car guru and auto check disclosed the accident. Then he claimed it was a minor accident and said it was in the front fender, come to find out it was a rear accident where the engine is. Promised me a custom Miami Heat license plate never delivered on his promise. Also said he would get me a car cover once he got another car but of course another car came and no cover was ever given. Sad to say but unfortunately this is the last place anyone should buy a car. Don’t know how they’re still in business. Complete fraud. Don’t waste your time or money
BUYER BEWARE!! I was about to purchase a car on Saturday from them. The car was $35,917. I wanted to get a loan through my credit union. Then I was informed that because I was not financing through them the price was going to be raised by $10,000!!! They also wanted to charge me $3,000 EXTRA for the wheels they put on the car. They had put "replica" (FAKE) Porsche wheels on and were going to sell them like they were real!! I knew $3,000 for Porsche Turbo wheels was too good to be true. Im so glad I asked, otherwise I would have been scammed!!! Very disgusting sleazy used car dealer!!
Bait and switch. Car listed on Guru for 48717. I drove down from Miami and this is one of the cars I came down to see. Salesman whips out his pricing sheet and proceeds to tell me he bought the car for 50,000. Huh? He said the least he could rage is 52,500. Apparently the 48717 was just a made of number. Also told me the rims and tires on car are an upgrade and I would have to pay extra for them. These are the rims in all the pictures posted on the listing online. He had the old original ones he could put back on care if I didn’t want to buy the rims currently on car. He Called 1/2 hour after I left trying to tell me the car is worth it since it has a clean title and a little warranty left. It couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
