I noticed the tail light wasn't working they repaired it immediately and also offered extended warranty options. Chris was my salesman and he went above and beyond. Hands down the best car purchasing experience I've ever had. Sam was respectful, honest, and straight forward. Encouraged me to have the car inspected by my own mechanic, worked with me to get the financing rate where i wanted to be, and was very fair in terms of negotiating. Absolutely love my vehicle! Had the absolute pleasure of doing business with Sam! Super down to earth and I felt absolutely ZERO pressure from him to buy anything! And he's actually honest up front which was new to me dealing with a lot of crooked "car sales" reps. Chris is the best salesman ever. He made me comfortable and made sure I was taken care of he didn’t treat me like a 450 beacon score he treated me like a a person rather than just a sale! Also Sam and Terrance was very helpful as well it’s a reason they have so many good reviews and I seen why for my self !! Would give them 100 stars if I could !
