Palmiero Toyota

I have been here for 3.5 hours for my keep. I needed a state inspection and oil change. At 3 hours I was told the 845AM slot is a drop off slot. Something I would of not picked due to I have to wait. Oh and the only work that needed don't besides the oil change is wipers that are going to cost me $50. BEWARE OF ONLINE!

So pleased with Kim and her service Crew. The GM - Brian runs such a good operation. Was a customer (bought my first 3 Toyotas with Palmieros) in the past before moving out of the area. I’m back as a customer now! What a quality operation, so friendly and professional. If I could, I would rate them 10 out of 10. The family culture and solid values have never changed since I bought my first truck from them 30 years ago! One of the best customer experiences I’ve had for a long time! Thank you!

Jim Britton at this dealership is incredible me and my wife traded in our kia carnival at a diffrent toyota dealership for a toyota grand highlander hybrid and we came to realize is was just to small for our family. April in the service department is wonderful. The service manager Jeff is also great. I was frustrated with a service outcome and Jeff came and spoke to me in a polite and respectful way, heard my concerns, and went out of his way to take care of me. I've always liked doing business with them but because of that interaction I'll go nowhere else.

My grandson wanted a gently used Toyota Tacoma that was just traded in. Shawn and Chad were so polite with this 21 year old man and did everything to make that purchase happen. What really impressed me was every thing was made perfect before it left the shop including the heated drivers seat. This company is first class all the way
