Pape Chevrolet

So I have been looking for a truck for a while, we just decided to go to Pape Chevrolet and see what they had. I thought they would be out of my price range that I was looking for. I had a certain amount I wanted to not go over in mind and a year that I was looking for . We met a salesman named Carmen. He set us up with test drive on a vehicle that was exactly what I had been looking for. Beautiful 2023 GMC Sierra 1500. We had a match. Carmen was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, pulled up the carfax and service records to go over with me. I was sold. Before I had the check for the vehicle Carmen had that vehicle gassed up and going through recon. He was a pleasure to work with, along with everyone in the dealership. F&I was very thorough and pleasant. All the staff could not have done a better job at making us feel welcome. I hear that starts at the very top and is practiced all the way down in this company. I would highly recommend Pape for a new or used vehicle. I will definitely be back.

We worked with the salesman Ryan who was wonderful to deal with. He was able to answer questions and assist with the issues we had with OnStar. We also worked with Ethan on the financial side who was able to show us different options all while keeping everything in our price range.

First time buying from Pape. I started by a phone call to pape sales department and was able to speak with Quinn also known as Q. I told him what I was looking for and he found 2 for me right in the lot. I made plans with him the following afternoon but I ended up there in the morning because I really wanted to see these trucks before I looked elsewhere. I went in and explained to the sales manager Justin that I’d already spoke with Q and he said he wasn’t there at the moment but I can show you the trucks. Justin showed me what I wanted to see and answered all of my questions with no pressure (which is what I was hoping for). This sales team knocked it out of the park!! From the sales manager Justin in the morning to Q in the afternoon then the finance department. I got exactly what I wanted and at the price I was looking for. This was a great no pressure experience and my family will certainly continue a relationship and do business again. Thank you all.
