Worst service experience in 20 years all over Canada. Can't even put rotational tires on properly. Especially when they were never asked to rotate the winter tires in the first place.

I have never been more disappointed with a service experience in my life. I took my Duramax in for emissions and engine issues in March of 2025. At this time, my truck was still on warranty. It has spent the majority of its time since then (7 months) in Paragon's shop. Through the entire time, communication with the service department was nearly nonexistent. The only way I'd get any information was to drive 45 minutes each way to the dealership. 4 different times I'd finally get a call that they had solved the issue. Usually before even making it home again, the engine light would come on. When I would inquire regarding what work had been done or what the plan was next, everyone in the service department seemed confused or unable to provide a satisfactory explanation. In the course of these past 7 months, my warranty has since expired. When I returned to the dealership the latest time, they informed me that GM wasn't willing to put any more money into my warranty claim and that I'd have to pay for any further work. In short, because they spent 7 months failing to get to the bottom of my issues, I have now been left on my own to try to fix my truck. It will be an easy decision for me to never return to this dealership in the future.

My go to place for all my service related needs for my vehicle. From the time I had my Equinox up to when I got my Colorado. The service is good and available when I need even if I don't have a scheduled appointment. They also offered a vehicle I can use while mine is getting serviced so that I don't have to miss any work which helps me a lot. Definitely would recommend service from Paragon.
