The salesman I worked with, Trey was very helpful and laid-back, and not pushy at all. He was very patient with me because it took me over a month to make up my mind for sure what I wanted to purchase and he helped me every step of the way. Everyone there was exceptional. I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends. I did have an issue the day after I purchased my used vehicle, but they took care of my Issue very promptly and in the best way possible. I am very satisfied with the choice that I made, and I was very satisfied with the service that I received.

Jatin Patel is a wonderful sales person. He was patient with my emails the day prior to my visit. He greeted me upon my arrival and had the car ready for me to test drive. He spent time explaining all key aspects of the vehicle. No high pressure sales approach and that is greatly appreciated. He and the rest of the team were all remarkable. I highly recommend them!

Jatin was my sales person, and he was probably the best salesman Ive ever dealt with. I dread the car buying process. Jatin made it simple. I came in with a specific car in mind, and he didnt play any games with me. He was funny and engaging but also efficient and knowledgeable. I walked into the dealership at 10:15am on a Saturday and walked out with my new car by 1pm.

When we first walked into the dealership, a gentleman came up and welcomed us asking if we’ve been to that dealer before. I said I’ve never even been in a KIA car. Trey Cochran then very kindly welcomed us, and asked what we were looking for, and how could he HELP us not sell us something we didn’t want. We explained exactly what we were looking for. Trey then showed us a 2025, which was nice, but not exactly what I wanted. He said because it was a 2025 - it would be less cost, but he’d be happy to show us the 2026 also. He took us for a test drive, and answered all our questions. Upon return to the dealership, he introduced us to Aaron, the finance person. I still wanted to check out a Toyota (we previously saw Honda & Subaru), Trey said no problem for an investment like this - you want to be sure your purchasing exactly what you want. We walked out, I turned to my husband and said This is the car I want. We walked right back in and bought it. Trey was great in walking us through everything we needed, and set us up with Fay the finance person, who was equally as knowledgeable, and kind. I over the moon love my new car. I HIGHLY recommend a KIA, and Trey if your shopping for your next ride.
