Paramount Kia of Hickory

This was my first experience with Paramount Kia . Adam and the finance manager were top notch in every way. I am impressed at how well I was treated. They went out of their way to give me a good deal ! You are my new dealership! They have also went above and beyond by texting calling me multiple times since my purchase date asking if there's anything they can do for me, if I have any questions...I am definitely impressed and well satisfied!! The experience at Paramount KIA was exceptional. They were nice and made us feel important and not rushed or forced to purchase our vehicle. If you’re looking for an excellent salesman Tim Whitener is the guy! He walked us through the process and showed us all the features and was so patient with our questions. I think they’re our new dealership to brag about to everyone!

These folks at Paramount kia have been absolutely amazing. Even when I started off having a little difficulty the customer satisfaction people immediately addressed my concerns. Then they sent Joseph (sales rep) to the rescue. He has worked nonstop from morning to evening trying to get me approved for a loan so I can drive away with a car. He has thought outside the box and turned to his team in order to try and make this happen. I was unfortunately in an accident that I did not obviously plan for and my car was totaled. While yes the insurance company is pretty much paying off my previous loan, I am left with no car, no down payment and just got hired at a new job. So yes Joseph and his team has been given the challenge of a lifetime. They all welcomed that challenge. Now I am just waiting on the award letter. I will keep you posted on what happens. Ps I do have to give a shout out to all kia dealers though cause I have owned kia's my whole life and it was the same work ethic put into getting me a vehicle each and everytime. So if your in a tough spot, need a reliable car that lasts, kia is the way to go.

After more than two months of communication with your dealership, I finally brought my wife and four children in to look at potential vehicle upgrades. The salesperson I had been speaking with the entire time was off that day, and no one informed me beforehand, so I arrived expecting to meet with that person. From the beginning, I was clear about our situation and our needs. We are looking for a vehicle that is larger than what we currently drive, with more cargo space and captain's chairs in the second row. I was also upfront that we only had part of the down payment available until I get paid on Monday. We were not there to make an immediate purchase; we were there to look at options, gather information, and discuss what would work best for our family. After spending about an hour and a half at the dealership with four children under the age of nine, mostly sitting in a small office, we were told we didn't have enough money, despite this having been explained from the start. To make matters worse, the vehicle that was ultimately verbally presented to us was noticeably smaller than the one we currently own and did not meet the requirements we had discussed. Considering the amount of time I spent communicating with your dealership before visiting, I am extremely disappointed with the experience. I expected better preparation, better communication, and a genuine effort to understand our family's needs. Unfortunately, this visit left us feeling dissatisfied and as though our time was not respected.

Our experience at Paramount Kia was great. Michael Joseph was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, the Sportage. He gave us a lengthy test drive helping us understand the car’s features. He answered all of our questions being very patient and helpful. Rather than trying to sell us a car, he helped us in buying a car. All in all, a pleasurable experience.
