Took my F Pace in for it's last free service. The work they said they did and change brake hoses and it was on my paperwork, was not completed. I drove 2.5hrs one way for this service, since they have closed the Jaguar store in Baton Rouge. Once I got home and seen the new brake hoses was not put on I called them out on it. They wanted pictures to prove it which I do understand. They did send a driver with a loaner car a couple of days later and took mine back to make to repairs. When I got my car back they did not fill the gas tank up like it was when they left with it, which was full when they left my house. Do not trust them, I have reached out twice about this and they are not returning my calls. Beware and check thier work.
I was so pleased with my visit to the service department. My service advisor Marlen really knows her trade and really took care of me. When I called, I got an immediate response to which I was very pleased. No doubt a 5 star experience. I highly recommend!

Their service department is the worst. My service advisor did not address the issue that I bought my car in for. My Jaguar that I purchased from them been in the shop more than on the road. The advisor quickly asked for thousands of dollars and multiple times I bought my car and and the issue still exist. I think the service department has some issues with either competency or just plain money gouging. I would not recommend this location to purchase or repair your Jaguar or Land Rover.
Just bought my second Defender. I traded in my old one, bought a new one, thanks to Anna, my salesperson who found the perfect Defender for me. Thanks Anna! This is the first time I bought the same car twice, that is how much I love my Defender. I've always had a good experience in service with my old Defender. I visited a few times, it's was fine. Cassey is great!
