Parker Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I'd like to start with saying at 54 I've never traveled to purchase a new car or truck. I'd let a dealer fetch one to entice me though. That being said my local dealership 5.5 hours away from Parker had found this truck and pitched it to me at a much higher price than Parker had it advertised online. (8k higher!) We called and told them we wanted the truck and we we're at our credit union and on our way!!! They're professional and communicated with us and had it ready to sign and ride when we pulled up. I'd like to personally thank Lawrence for being so kind and accommodating to us as customer's through the process. All the management was fun and easy to work with as well. I can promise you this,,,, I'll be checking the open and honest deals online whenever we get to shopping for our next car or truck. 11.5 hours round trip saved us thousands and was pleasant. My grandparents were in a bind, needing calibrations on their truck that wouldn’t go over 40 mph without it & nobody in Columbus had the time. Called PM, Shane in service was so helpful, told me to send them on and got their truck recalibrated while they waited. Thanks again Shane!
