DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO GET SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! when we picked up the vehicle June 9 2026 it runs worse than when it was dropped off July 10 2025(yes the shop had the vehicle for 11 months) When we dropped it off, it was running and no smoke. Everything was fine and intact. We ended up paying and driving it back, we noticed black smoke coming out of exhaust(didn’t have that when we brought it in) There are lights missing. Hood sensor that the hood is open. Used parts put on that we know nothing about. Missing personal items from the vehicle like the winch controller, recovery slings and other things. Why Would one want to bring a vehicle to any shop and get it back like someone trashed it. Trying to talk to the service manager and no call returned. Done with try to give us a call when no one does. If things were done properly when we brought it in, it wouldn’t be 11 months later and needing a new engine. My advice is if you have warranty, take it somewhere else because we have proof we have engine warranty that ended August 2025. We brought it in July 2025 and our vehicle was forgotten until we called them and they didn’t know the vehicle was there. how can you not know a vehicle Is there to be serviced when Service reps collect all the information. So of course warranty was expired on their property. And to tell us because we had bought this vehicle at another dealership that they can do nothing about it.

I bought this truck unseen and not even test drove it. Guys were super transparent with everything and supported anything I asked. Random questions out of the blue, lots of videos and pictures of anything I asked. They even cleaned it and took on the lift so I can get a video of the undercarriage. Met me half way to pick up the truck. Offered to pick up any costs if the vehicle didn’t pass the out of province VI. All in all it was a smooth transition and very easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone to buy a vehicle.

Do not trust this dealership or there sales reps.. the one i delt with name is Jennifer.. we traded our Jeep in for a different Jeep, and I wanted a bit of time to think about if we wanted to do it or not, then they asked for a $500 deposit because i called them 1 hr after we left and said we will do the deal and then she asked for a 1000 which i though was odd.. I told her to take 500 and she reinsured me that I will be and receiving it back right away... hours later we signed up everything with the finance manager, and even the finance manager said that there was 0 down.Which I did go over the paperwork but not good enough. When I bought the vehicle and got all the paperwork.I looked at the fine print and seeing I wasn't getting my 500$ back.. I called them on Saturday told them I wasn't happy about them using the 500 without my consent they said on Monday They will give me a prepaid credit card for 500$..came Monday thay said a deals a deal never helped me .. AVOID THIS PLACE... and we brought out jeep to get detailed 1 week after we purchased it and thay left a rust razor in the jeep center cup someone could easily cut there hand on.. to top it all off, I had to bring my vehicle back into.Install a block heater and the cord to the block heater is so short.It doesn't even fit out my hood.So for me to plug it in , I have to leave my hood up.. how stuiped is that

My husband and I were looking at getting into a bigger vehicle from my Kia Sorento. We had dealt with Jennifer and she was very lovely and knowledgable. We were originally thinking a Dodge Durango. But upon Jennifer showing it to us we realized that it wasn’t going to work. She recommended for us to look into a Wagoneer. WOW, it was everything that we were wanting in a vehicle. Without her recommendation we wouldn’t have considered one. Jennifer worked and searched for the perfect trim line for us. Unfortunately the one we had our hearts set on was located at a different dealership. She made the process easy for us to get our new vehicle. Would recommend her to anyone who’s looking for a new or new to them vehicle as it was a great experience.
