Came in with a car i’ve been wanting to trade in, and Ethan helped set me up with a 2021 Nissan Sentra! He made the process smooth as possible, and helped me finish the trade in process within a couple hours. Charles was also great to work with. The warranties offered were also fantastic coverage. Will definitely come back to Parks for future purchases!

My experience is mixed. We came in to look at a vehicle but did not have any intention of buy until November to try and avoid the wonderful Sedgwick county tag office delays. Clayton (our salesman) told us that they take care of the tags and we would NOT need to deal with that. I was hesitant at first because I was not aware of this. I asked again and he assured me. So I decided to go ahead and buy as they said they could take care of it. Finance time came and found that was not the truth and he lied directly to our faces. Very dishonest to try and make a sale. Then since I had a preapproval of credit from a bank, they did not need to run any credit scores but they continued to gather data as if they were. Which I questioned I asked again I do not need a credit report run as I already have it. The finance guy assured me that they are in talks with the bank and did not run it. I get home and find out that my identity alert showed that Parks ran my credit. So in turn that is LIE number 2. For a business that says they want to earn your business and take care of you. Then find out they lie to your face more than once makes for a disappointing adventure. Be wary of the sales, at the end of the day, they will only tell you want they want to make the sale and do not seem to care about the value of what they are telling you. I was hopeful about the buying experience at first as it seemed different than other dealerships but in the end it was not. Disappointed. Also, did not offer to provide a full tank of fuel for doing business. Left on empty.

I came into the dealership absolutely desperate to get in something new. I was totally upside down on my 2014 dodge Durango that was in need of a new transmission which had a parts shortage and was on months long back order. Not only did Charles work a deal for me LITERALLY all day trying to get me the best deal and out of my Durango, but he was able to do most of it over the phone. By the time I was able to make it into the dealership, he had my new/used 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L limited and all the paperwork ready to go. He took such great care of me and my husband and we will absolutely be buying more cars from him in the future! Go see him for any of your car buying needs!! Thank you Charles!

I called the dealership to see if the van that I was interested in was still available and it was. I asked the salesman why the van was on a mechanic special and they told me that it was because it needed rear brakes replaced. They also told me that the van had been through a thorough inspection and had no other issues. I drive all the way down an hour and 38 minutes from Central Kansas just to find out that the van has no AC and is full of rust to where the door will barely open to get inside the back of the van. I feel like had they done an actual thorough inspection and gave me the proper information over the phone it could have saved me my time and gas taking a trip to see a vehicle that did not work for me. Dealerships need to be honest with customers. It's only right when you run a business.
