Parks Chevrolet Charlotte

I wanted to write an honest review of this location. I can’t speak on all Parks facilities but I shopped at the Charlotte one in particular. I myself live in Virginia. I drove down on a Saturday to make a deal on a used car purchase I found online. Unfortunately the used vehicle was no longer available. So my sales representative Demetrius gave me a new Chevrolet Silverado 1500 to test drive and check out. It wasn’t was I initially wanted but Demetrius made me fall in love with it. I wasn’t able to secure a deal on that Saturday. So the following Sunday Trevon the sales manager gave me a call on his day off I’d like to add and we came to a deal over the phone. Parks Chevrolet delivered the vehicle to me 2.5 hours away to my home residence in Virginia completely hassle free. All the paperwork was handled electronically and over the phone it was completely seamless. Of course the delivery driver was pleasant as well and very informative. I’m now 2 days into ownership and I’ve had a few questions about the titling and registration. Rest assured I contacted my sales representative and they answered all my questions. I highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a great deal. These guys mean business when they tell you that they are going to get you in something you’re going to love. Also little funny side note, I had my 7 month old with me. She loved Demetrius and he promised me if I bought a new car he would get her a balloon because she was very fascinated with the balloons at the dealership. Guess what was in the back seat of the truck when it was delivered to me? That’s right my daughters balloon! Just goes to show how much this place cares about their customers, the little things always matter and I just thought that was very sweet. Anyways again I’d highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to stop in at Parks Chevrolet they will take care of you I promise!

This has been a very poor experience with the collision center. The quality of work has been unacceptable from the start, and I am now returning for the third time because the issues were never properly resolved. The body work is still not done correctly. The door they installed has buttons that do not work, and the mirror is either not connected properly or does not function at all. I was also misinformed about my vehicle’s condition. I was told my car had an alignment completed a week prior to pickup. However, when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was not informed of any alignment issues and was prepared to be released the car despite the ongoing problems. I ultimately refused to take the vehicle due to the poor quality of the body work. When I returned the next day, the body work had improved but was still unacceptable—approximately a 4/10 at best. I was then told I would need to bring the vehicle back again or wait for an alignment to be completed. While the manager, Dylan, has been polite and somewhat helpful in attempting to address the issues, this does not excuse the repeated inconvenience, poor workmanship, and lack of attention to detail from the shop. I am extremely disappointed that this is a CHEVROLET collision center, and I expect this matter to be taken seriously and resolved properly without further unnecessary delays or repeated visits

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Started off with sending a lead in and giving a phone number only to get an opt in text with little to no follow up. I am just buying a car. I had to call to get things going and we drive 2.5 hours to get the car because they can beat the rate. Turns out we had to wait another hour and a half they cannot beat the rate. They submitted to two banks that they did not need to submit to, to beat the credit union rate. Very unorganized and a horrible experience. Our sales lady Shoni was the only bright spot. She was amazing. I would drive 5 hours in the other direction to avoid this dealership. Please avoid if you can.

Had a great experience this morning at Parks Charlotte! Worked with Shoni…..who could not have been more lovely to work with! She took the time to answer all of my questions and show me all the bells and whistles on the beautiful glass display in the vehicle. She even walked me through the app for phone ignition! Absolutely fun and wonderful to work with. Went to bat for me to try to get me the absolute best deal possible. Two different managers came over to thank me for my business while I was there as well. This location was awesome and the staff were super friendly and helpful all throughout! Title guy was fantastic too. Outstanding experience all around! Go see Shoni for a great deal on a beautiful new ride—she’ll take amazing care of you!

Ms. Shoni, please come to the front!! Firstly, I want to show appreciation to Ms. Shoni. From the time I walked in the door of Parks, she provided EXECELLENT customer service!! I got there a bit late in the evening and to add Trevor and Cris were amazing as well!! I am grateful for the experience I had and even more grateful for my new car!! Ms. Shoni even helped me clean out my old car to prepare to transfer to my new car. If that isn't superlative customer service, I don't know what it! Thank you for leaving a great impression and being of great service to us all!!
