This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve had. I worked with Gee, and he made the whole process smooth, honest, and stress-free. No pressure at all—just straightforward help and good communication from start to finish. Jesse and Brandon are also great guys. The whole team was welcoming, respectful, and easy to work with. I really appreciated how they treated me—with patience, integrity, and a genuine willingness to help. At one point I honestly forgot I was buying a car, which says a lot. I’m grateful for the experience and would highly recommend Parks Chevrolet in Huntersville to anyone looking for a dealership you can trust.

I wish i could give this zero stars! highly do not recommend! Brought a vehicle recently and instantly a light popped up on the dash. Called to dealership. They told me come in. Then they said I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. My vehicle had a warranty on it and they wouldnt provide the information and I have had my vehicle a month and still not fixed. When the dealership needed something from me they blew my phone up but when i needed something from them I still haven't had anyone call me back. If you looking for a vehicle go anywhere but here. There is zero professionalism here. If you get Paul Ruiz just leave the building. They need better people who care about their customers in there. The vehicles are low maintenanced and overpriced. I repeat do not buy any vehicle from this location! 0/10

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I contacted the dealership about a vehicle they have online in the inventory. They wouldn’t talk prices over the phone saying it’s a policy thing. They kept insisting for me to go to other dealers first to get prices then come to them after so they could beat the price. I don’t have the time to be going back and forth shopping around prices wasting other people’s time and mine when the vehicle I’m looking for is there. After taking a flight from NYC to see the vehicle there was a $12,000 markup price difference from the price they are advertising it online. Spoke to a manager about the situation and he didn’t care that I wasted my time traveling there and his reply was we do that to all of our listings so people can come shop in person that’s why we don’t talk numbers over the phone. So when I mentioned that’s bait and switch he goes pretty much. So after wasting my time I had to book a flight back home because at that point I refused to give them business. They sound good over the phone but rude in person. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!

Ed Pavlica was an amazing sales consultant. He took his time to help me find the best vehicle for my needs and I’m absolutely thrilled!! He was honest and forthcoming about everything.
