Parks Chevrolet Kernersville

The experience here was amazing. They worked with me to handle all of the buying process remotely so I didn't spend 3 hours in drive time for nothing. When I decided this was my new car they offered to delivery it but I wanted to have the join of driving it home. They waited for me to drive the 3 hours to them, which left them there after closing by a little, so I could sign the dotted line and pick up my new toy. It was a wonderful experience through it all and I will certainly check out their inventory the next time we are looking for another car.

This was by far the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Garrett from sales was an absolute doll, he told me everything there was that I needed to know in a very straight forward friendly way. Nick from Finance was great as well. I would highly recommend Parks Chevrolet, especially Garrett to anyone that was looking for a new vehicle.

Very silly story but hopefully it’s helpful. I visited this dealership for an oil change appointment I thought I had for my Jeep. I walked into the dealership and was greeted immediately. George took my request and was extremely helpful. After not being found in their system and then being told they couldn’t accept my Mopar oil change voucher I realized that I went to the wrong service center for my oil change. My appointment was supposed to be at Kernersville Dodge on 66. (I had a very off day this day). I decided just to pay the for the price of the oil change and was extremely satisfied with the service. There was a mix up with the car service to take me home while I waited for my oil change. George rearranged things and had the service center do my oil change within 30 minutes and I was out of there. The customer service was really great. I felt silly mixing up a Chevy dealership for a Mopar but everything worked out for the best. When I normally go to the other dealership I have to wait all day for an oil change and find I often have to back check work and force a certain level of customer service. Parks Chevrolet seemed to take better ownership over their customer service. After I use my vouchers with Mopar, I will likely have my Jeep serviced here. Many thanks to George! Good service is few and far between these days and I thank this team for all of the help!

I went with Parks because I live in Kernersville and it’s convenient for us. My sales person (Juan) was great. He was personable and easy to talk to. The financial guy was not so easy to deal with, he was pretty much a jerk. Anyway, we ended up buying a trax and paying a pretty penny for it. We were charged $699 for a first place finish package that I don’t think was worth it. Bird poop and stuff sticks to the paint and it doesn’t show any signs of treatment. Hopefully the rest of our experience goes better.please make the first place finish price valid,

Highly don’t recommend. Been trying to reach them for 3 weeks straight. Was LIED to terribly. After buying two trucks there in the last 2 years I figured I would be taken care of better and being a first responder on top of that. Was lied to by the finance person saying the 5000$ warranty I bought would cover every single thing, bumper to bumper. He was rushing me buying it when I was On the phone with my wife. She heard it all saying it covers every single thing. Now my truck needs thousands of dollars of works and I can’t get anyone to call me back. Justin the commercial service guy has been good to me besides he said he couldn’t sit on the phone and wait with the warranty company. Would never recommend this company to anyone. They have done nothing but done me wrong. They took advantage of me, lied to me. Will never buy another vehicle from them. Everytime I call the front desk people get angry with me knowing it’s me and always come up with some lame excuse. This place is a joke.
