Shopped on line for a Jeep Gladiator. Spoke with Nate Stephen's about a unit that I was interested in. He was very helpful , seemed very knowledgeable. They appraised my trade in and explained in detail about any incentives. I was very happy with all their staff. Great group of people.

I recently purchased my 4th (or was it the 5th car?) from Adam, Daylon, and Diego. I’m a single parent and they still found me a new Dodge 4x4 and the right bank to put me in it at a payment I can afford. Not only that, but I had to leave FL for 2 months to train as a pearl diver in Guam, and they held my new truck only on just my word and my very small deposit ($500). When I got back, that truck model was also discounted and they honored that too! These guys also run a very good service department. They have kept all my cars over the years in great shape, and when it was time, gave me more money for my trade than what Kelly Blue Book said it was worth, because I had always had service done there. If I want a particular kind of car, this dealership also owns a couple other dealerships in Deland, so they find you what you want. I’ve seen rare one of a kind Hellcats at this dealership, as well as the very reasonable new truck I just purchased. I never had to worry about being played because these guys aren’t sneaky and crooked like other car dealerships. I’ve never been upside down on any of the vehicles I’ve purchased there at trade in, and that’s saying something about their ethics and professionalism.

The service department at Parks Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was amazing helping my family during our Spring Break trip. As our family left Cape Canaveral after returning from a cruise and just getting our 18-hour drive back to Michigan underway, we began hearing a noise from the front-left area of our Chrysler Pacifica. Concerned about making the 1000+ mile drive home, we found Parks CDJR online and pulled in to see if they could help us. The service department staff was very helpful and accommodating and the mechanic who evaluated our vehicle was amazing. Worried that we would have to wait for hours (or worse) before we could get on the road for our long drive home, we were incredibly relieved and grateful that the staff at Parks was able to get us back on the road in about an hour with piece of mind that our vehicle had no issues that could be a safety concern! I was driving between buildings at work when my water pump blew. Not only did Parks take my car in within 30 minutes of my engine trouble, but they replaced the water pump (warrantied) in 2 hours. Howard the mechanic was gorgeous too!
