I came into a situation where my car was undrivable and a car is essential for my work as a Direct Support Professional. Parks worked with me and not only accepted my wrecked vehicle, they got me an acceptable amount for the car in lieu of a cash down payment. Oscar Viva was wonderful to work with. He walked me through the process and gave me a great tutorial for the car systems. He was very helpful and I was in a new (to me) EcoSport hybrid mini SUV with a transparent previous record (all maintenances and oil changes done at the dealership with the previous owner) and payments I could afford. I was in the new ride 1 day after my accident and back to work in the same week. He assured me I could come back to the dealership with any questions or concerns. I felt that I was understood and well cared for. From the moment we walked into the dealership, our experience was first class. Our sales rep, Tim Karr, was excellent and not your typical car sales rep. I told him what I needed in terms of a price and in terms of mileage and immediately brought up the perfect truck for me to look at. He even convinced me that the hybrid was the way to go. Kegan, Hank and Chris made a phenomenal team. They listened and got all my questions answered. They helped me with some operational questions after the sale as well. Which is kinda unheard of. I am so glad I came in and got an easy smooth process. Marketplace was wearing me out looking for a steal. I came in, got a great buy and am loving the truck more and more every time I drive it. Sure beats still looking and driving for hours for a dud or not getting messaged back!

They were very friendly but they tried to put me in suv and a charger that is not for me. I had to wait until they shipped the car.i really just wanted one of the lot to fit my budget. But it's all good. I do like the car but do wish they put better tires on the front. Thanks for everything. GOD BLESS

Absolutely excellent experience at Parks Ford. I knew what I was looking for and they didn’t waste my time… showed me the Maverick that fit my criteria, offered me a good value on my trade and got me out the door in my new truck much faster than I expected. Great team working there… was greeted by friendly and helpful folks who continued to be that way all the way through the process.
