WOW!!!! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Blown away! My sales team [JAYLEN + RE'NA] exceeded all expectations at every opportunity! The support was perfection! They even DELIVERED the car (we live over an hour away) after getting the car fully detailed & windows tinted. They even brought my daughter a bouquet of flowers, a very special card, and a GIFT CARD to her favorite restaurant! They did this because they wanted to make it extra special since this is her first car. It is her senior year present! Thank you JAYLEN and RE'NA. You made this whole experience very special! Welp where do I start , made a 9:30am appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation and they was picking up my truck from work and bringing it back. Well let’s say my truck didn’t get picked up till 10:48am and didn’t get dropped back off to me about 2:45ish then found out they damaged my driver side running board , had oil residue all over the driver’s side door handle , air intake pipe under hood , passenger side bumper had oil drops and driver side fender , , under the truck was another story wet drops on oil pan , drain plug , carpet cover and exhaust cross pipe. Didn’t even give it a courtesy car wash . As for the damage running board they want to take it to a body shop to see it it can be repaired? Like really ? This was my 1st visit and my last , won’t go back…… UPDATE parks ford did order me new side running boards to replace the ones that got damaged I do give them credit for making it right but my trucks shouldn’t have been left in this condition covered in oil

I wanted to buy an F-350 Platinum, so I visited Parks Ford. They didn't have anything on the lot. Even if they did, I would not have purchased. I have two reasons for the 1 star rating. 1. No one greeted us when we were walking around. 2. The absurd markup on the trucks. One truck has a markup of $10,894 that includes: $2,995 "Parks Perks" - What "perks" does a brand new truck need? That isn't a rhetorical question. I ( and Alachua county at large) want answers. $7,000 Market adjustment - The residents of Alachua county are so flush with money, that MSRP needs a $7,000 markup? Let's ignore the incentives ($2,500-$4,500) that Ford is currently offering? Shenanigans! $899 - Lojack, window tint and some other foolery - Why not just throw in a Betamax player? If you are going to give me worthless tech, I would at least like to get something for it on Ebay. Window tint on a vehicle that already has window tint. Make it make sense. Small Edit: This past week I looked at some other Ford dealerships. None of them have the shady pricing that I found at Parks. That more than likely explains why Parks has so many prior year new cars on their lot. Edit Two: I purchased a truck from another dealership. It was smooth. No markups or shady add-ons. I had to drive over an hour, but it was worth it to save over $10,000. Keep looking there are straight forward dealerships out there. I am really enjoying my new F-350.

Wow, what an easy buying experience, especially for a used car. (kinda) Miachel Archer in internet sales is an above class agent that answers all questions and responds to your emails and calls fast and efficient. My favorite Sales Guy Mike Whitehead, young but knowledgeable and not overbearing that you normally see in today's car world was outstanding through the whole process. From test drive to easy negotions to signing on the dotted line. These two gentlemen did their absolute best to get me in my 24 GTI and I couldn't be happier that I purchased from Parks Ford of Gainesville.
