Where do I even begin…?! From the moment I walked into Parksville Chrysler, I was warmly greeted by Chris; someone I had previously spoken to over the phone, and who proved to be just as kind and exuberant in person. I was honestly blown away by the level of customer service at this dealership. Every single person I interacted with was welcoming, genuine, and so down-to-earth that you’d never believe you were in a car dealership at all. I’ll be honest—I’ve worked in the automotive sales industry for many years, so my expectations are not low. What I experienced here truly exceeded them. Jason, in particular, stood out with his professionalism, knowledge, and no-pressure approach. He had us laughing and smiling the entire time and truly was incredible to deal with. He was there when I needed him and made the entire process feel smooth, transparent, and enjoyable from start to finish! A huge thank you as well to Kevin in finance, who was incredibly kind and worked hard to get my payments even lower than I expected. That level of care and effort does not go unnoticed. I left not only with a vehicle I absolutely love, but with a genuinely positive experience that I’ll be recommending to others without hesitation. Came into a dealership not expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised. Greeted by Chris Cromwell at the door with a genuine smile and a welcome. There was absolutely no pressure at all to change our wants and needs. For once we felt heard and valued as new clients. Chris listened to what we were willing to look at and what our absolute must haves were. Knowing a deal is going to take time to out together and find exactly what we need it felt like a warm friendship was made. We will most definitely keep in touch with the team and wait patiently to find our next vehicle. Again, no pressure was felt to compromise and get something we didn't want or something beyond our means. We set out our budget and know that is foremost in their search. With service like this I'd even take a bubblegum pink car if the terms are right and the specs are there. Overall, would highly recommend Parksville Chrysler and if you can, find Chris Cromwell!

Outstanding service from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and offered some of the most fairly priced vehicles in all of BC. We traveled from Chilliwack to purchase our brand-new Ram 3500, and it was 100% worth the trip. Lilly went above and beyond by picking us up from the ferry terminal, and when we arrived, Kevin, the Business Manager, already had all the paperwork prepared. We were in and out in under an hour, which made a huge difference for us as we were traveling with our sensory-sensitive child. Truly an exceptional car-buying experience.

This is the second time we’ve purchased our ChryslerJeep vehicle from Parksville Chrysler. The reason being is the great people that work there. Our salesperson this time was Lily and she was not only a great listener to what our needs required, but so very accommodating and knowledgeable and polite. What a great salesperson. Then there is Kevin the Accounts/Financial Manager. We’ve done business before with this very professional courteous and helpful man. He not only looks professional but really is. Kevin is a very long time employee there and we were happy to see him still there offering his great advice and service. We haven’t had occasion to meet with the service staff as yet with this vehicle, but in the past we were always impressed with their honesty and fabulous service. We received delivery of our vehicle in immaculate condition and with a full tank of gas too. This Chrysler Dealership is great and we really shopped around this time.( As Lily can attest to ) We will continue our loyalty to them and will recommend them to others without hesitation.
