Parkway Ford

Took my Ram 2500 in for an oil change and to replace 2 fuel filters (diesel). When I drove my truck home after about a half hour I noticed a smell of diesel. When I looked under my truck there was oil dripping from the frame, around the filter housing, and pretty much everywhere under the truck. I took it back to the dealership. They said they would make sure everything was ok. Which they said was. When I went back out to my truck at the dealership it was still dripping oil on to their lot. For $500 worth of work this is unacceptable. They informed me that they were out of break clean. Zero effort was given. They offered me a coupon which I told them to keep. I will never go back to this dealership for anything ever again. All that was needed was a rag and a little bit of effort. None was given. The Pics of my truck in front of the dealership are when they told me I was good to go. Unacceptable.

Recently bought my first car and it was a great experience! Cam was very helpful and understanding of what questions we asked. Thank you Cam for my first car. You were awesome.

Still no parts for my f150 recal. Keep asking me to change my oil again tho lol. So kinda good but really ford is dropping the ball on this axle shaft recal. No parts available they say. Very nice people just can’t get it together for my pickup I guess. Can’t recommend this has been going on since last fall! Update 5/30/26 Update on recall for the f150’s! My axle half shaft / bolt recall is complete. It is a national parts shortage issue. The repairs being completed timely once the parts came in happened! Very happy with Parkways performance staying in touch and reaching out trying to help get this done. Technician did great kept truck clean and respectful of the interior. 5 ⭐️ performance including inspection and oil change. Thanks !

This is what it means to be treated with the utmost respect and to be heard when it comes to buying a vehicle! I recently was discharged from chapter 7 about a month ago and needed to find another vehicle as my family was stuck with 1 vehicle for about 6 months, I had to take my wife's car while I worked and that left them at home all day as I work afternoons. He managed to find a reliable vehicle that has a very impressive carfax report and what made it even better was, the payments fell right where I needed them to keep my family in the positive space!! If anyone is in a tough spot and needs a vehicle to make life just that much easier, I'd HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you check this place out and if you do want to buy a vehicle from here, ask for Preston Mitchell! This guy knows what he's doing to get you in a vehicle without trying to take an arm and leg from you!
