Raul was nice enough at the car dealership, the test drive was ok. until the next day when I said I was going to look at one more car, at another dealer??? I asked can you call back in a few hours he was like why would I do that if your going to look at another car. So I was a little taken back by his Attitude. The car they had there had several defects burnt seats ,and damage to center consul , the smoking from previous owner was really Bad inside the car. and rims were scratched up pretty bad. I was torn between two cars so , thus i bought at another dealer I was surprised by his change of Attitude at least i was honest and answered the phone ? ...thanks anyway Raul.

If I could go past 5 stars - ⭐️ - I would. Finding out my car was totaled; brought on many additional burdens to the rush of the holiday season. With one phone call with Katie, I was immediately treated and handled with care before getting off the phone. Within just a few days, I was heading to Lexington to meet face to face with the team. Tim was the gentlemen that right off the bat, welcomed me with hospitality, confidence, and positivity. He made sure I knew any and everything that I needed about the car. He was honest about minor “dents” but those were irrelevant compared to the hard work this team applies to their products, their morals, and every single person that walks in the door. Last thing is a HUGE shoutout to the detailing team that made this used car look LITERALLY brand new! 👏🏻 Overall, if you are looking for a compassionate team to help you find your next car - I AM TELLING YOU, this will be the best decision you’ll ever make regarding a vehicle.

Great service department advisor when I arrived. Very attentive and kind. Set me up with a wonderful shuttle driver that was a pleasure to meet. Had an oil change, tire rotation and 3 simple recalls taken care of. No issues at all.

Service department is amazing! They diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the parts and got me in right away. Loaner vehicle was extremely nice. Process was simple. My vehicle was completed on time. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience!

Samantha in the service center and Scott the technician that worked on my car were amazing! They communicated with me throughout the process of getting some diagnostic work done on my battery and alternator. When a fix couldn't be done the same day, Samantha let me use a dealership vehicle so I didn't have to wait any longer in the waiting room and also so I had a vehicle over the weekend. Both of them were top tier with their customer service and just overall friendliness. I would recommend working with the two of them to anyone who needed service done at Ford Lexington.
