I purchased a 2020 Ford F-150 XLT from Hyundai pathway, and traded in my 2019 Chevy Silverado. Alex and his colleagues, helped me every step of the way and exceeded my expectations, I walked in and that very day I was signing papers and got exactly what I was looking for and got more than I expected. We purchased a new 2026 Kona SUV at Pathway Hyundai last week. The dealership and staff were impressive. We dealt with a young woman named Xuan Guillaud. We explained our needs and our budget to her and she worked very hard to make it work for us. We had been to a few other dealerships (different makes), but Pathway ultimately got our business. Xuan was very knowledgeable with the vehicle itself which made us feel confident we were purchasing the right one for us. Alex Choquette went over warranty options and finance application, which went smoothly, not pressured. Upon pick up, Xuan went over the sales contract and set us up with the Hyundai Bluelink app. She introduced us to the staff in the garage, showed us how to book service appointments online, installed the new license plate then thoroughly went over the bells and whistles of our new vehicle. She even took our picture holding a sold sign. :) She invited us to come back to see her anytime if we needed further assistance. All in all our experience was great!

I have to say this was one of the best experiences buying a vehicle. I have been a customer of Ford for 7 vehicles in a row. So making the change was not easy. When I walked Wes Killingsworth (sales) greeted me. From that moment on it was a 5 star service. He went through all the vehicles and took me on a couple of test drives.
