I recently leased a new 2025 Subaru Crosstrek from Patrick Subaru in Shrewsbury, MA. I had the best customer service from the time I got there till the time I left. My salesman, Austin McCarthy was the most kindest, knowledgeable and caring person. He took great care of me and everything I needed. I would never buy a car from anywhere else.

The Product Specialist Frank was very knowledgeable and kind. I would definitely buy another vehicle from him! The GM Todd was very helpful and respectful as well! Great dealership!

The dealership’s service department staff are all kind and thorough, and I love that the technicians walk through their evaluation of the car on video. Everyone there seems to have a good sense of humor and their positive energy and competence make each visit a nice experience for me. They’ve helped with a couple minor issues covered under my warranty and they’re always candid about time estimates.

I had the best experience with Patrick Subaru. They had the car I wanted, the salesman was great no pressure, I had an overall Great experience. This is the first day home. I left the lot with 13 miles on it after my 3 mile test drive!
