Purchased 2017 GMC Sierra from Bradley Tatum at PatriotChevrolet in Bartlesville. He was friendly listen to my needs showed me what was available. We made a deal quickly without haggling. I like that. There was no high pressure sales all questions were answered. Finance knew what hewas doing and worked quickly. Delivery was promised for first thing Tuesday morning it was 515pm when truck arrived so Delivery let sales down it happens. Dealership was clean and friendly.

I initially liked the car I got from Patriot. However about a month later all the problems started. I suddenly had bald tires and had to replace them. Around $1000 and I wad back on the road. We thought everything was fine. 2.5 months later and we had to replace two tires again. We go to the dealership and are told it needs an alignment. We do the alignment and pay for the new tires. Go on our way like everything is fine. 2.5 month later we have to replace the same 2 tires again. We went through this for months. Finally after being told by the dealership that its because of the roads being bad (the roads we drive arent bad) we go somewhere else to have the car looked at. Turns out the front end was messed up from before we got the car. We took the report to the dealership because they were the only local place that could do the repairs and paid a couple thousand for the repairs and yet another set of new tires, and another alignment. Was told one part of it couldn't be fixed and I'd just have to deal with it. I was fully prepared to go to someone to get legal help with all of it. However, a tree landed on the car and totalled it. Then I found out that the GAP coverage wasnt put on it when I signed the paperwork like i requested and like I was told was done. So now I'm still having to pay an astronomical amount for a car I don't have and because of it I can't get another car. I wouldn't get another car from Patriot if some paid for it entirely or paid me to do it. Beyond horrible service from the top down to the bottom. They treat people like they dont know anything and won't truely fix mistakes. It's sad that caring about your customers has gone so far out the window that its only about the money you make and can put in your own pocket.

Bobby Parsons at Patriot went above and beyond to get us the vehicle we wanted. The process was the smoothest purchase we’ve ever experienced! Not only was he professional but he went above and beyond to make sure our children were comfortable as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
