I came in needing and deal, and these guys definitely came through. Mr. Pope and my salesman Deon (who is awesome) did all the leg work for me and got me into a 2022 Toyota 4runner with all the bells and whistles. Got it for a good value and had me down the road within 2hrs. Fastest and friendlest experience I've ever had. If you go looking for a vehicle ask for Deon.

The prices on the website dif not reflect the price I was quoted in person. They tacked on an additional 5k and when I addressed it, they said the price on the website was the employee discount that was only meant for when employees purchased from Patriot. 😂 I have to give them an A for creativity when they lie! The sales manager told me that the online price was with the mail in rebates. However, there was nothing that said "rebates" on the website. Most ads will mention in the fine print that the number is based on the rebates included. There was no mention of rebates on the website. It said "Patriot discount - out the door price". I was messaging them for 2 days, scheduled an appointment to come and when I arrived they pulled around the wrong vehicle and seemed shocked when I wouldn't test drive it. Then scrambled to look for the vehicle I wanted at another store. This would be understandable if I had just dropped by and asked for that vehicle without an appointment. With an appointment, I found this very unprofessional. I think they thought they were going to sell me a base model, smaller, and less equipped vehicle for the same price if they put it in front of me. I had to tell the sales kid 3 times that I didn't want this and wasn't going to test drive it. He seemed shocked when I handed the keys back. Classic bait and switch games, just to get you in the door!

This is the shadiest place I have come across. My bestie was blessed to win a brand new vehicle from a local casino that was purchased from here. She needed the cash quick and took it to sell it back to this place because they led her to believe that they would take care of her fast. They rushed her to sign for 20K LESS than its valued, made her pay tags and title(usually paid by the buyer in my experience), then gave her a brush off rude run around on the payment and made her wait 2 days for a check printed two days prior. Ol manager Doug was just unpleasant. If this place will take advantage of a single mom with three kids for winning a gift, imagine what they will do to you. Just because you CAN take advantage of a situation doesn't mean that you should.
