I had an outstanding experience purchasing my new Hyundai Palisade from this dealership. A special thank you to Tisha for helping me place my order and for consistently keeping me updated throughout the entire process. She was proactive, responsive, and made the waiting period much easier. The vehicle even arrived sooner than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Tab in Finance was fantastic. He took the time to thoroughly explain all the paperwork, financing options, and loan process, making everything easy to understand and completely transparent. Aaron Freeman from Sales was friendly, professional, and great to work with. He kept me informed throughout the delivery process and ensured everything went smoothly from start to finish. Corey Gilpin did an excellent job setting up BlueLink and patiently walking me through the many features and specifications of the Palisade. He answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before I left. On top of the exceptional customer service, the dealership gave me a great deal on the vehicle and secured an excellent APR on the loan. Overall, this was a best car-buying experiences I have had. I highly recommend this dealership.

Even though I came there with a different vehicle in mind it wasn't in my budget range but Dillion was able to find me something similar that was in my price range so I wouldn't leave empty handed.. Finance was also friendly and helped me when my bank had a daily limit , I was still able to leave with my car with promise to pay the rest once bank opened. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I don’t write reviews often. When I do, it’s because the experience was either exceptional — or something went very wrong. Unfortunately, this has been the worst dealership service experience we have ever had. We have contacted an attorney and are exploring additional avenues for resolution. They have had my husband’s truck on and off for over three months for the same issue — the check engine light. We have returned it six separate times, and we live nearly an hour away, making this extremely time-consuming and disruptive. The warranty covered what they initially diagnosed as the problem, but the issue was not resolved. An engineer even flew in and assured us the truck was fixed. It was not. The check engine light came back on immediately after we brought it home. We are now being told it will cost over $11,000 to repair the truck, yet they are not certain this is the actual issue. It is a suggested repair based on the engineer’s recommendation. Previously, another costly repair was suggested that also turned out not to be the problem. We were nearly charged for that as well before it was dismissed. We did not purchase the truck at this dealership, but it has been regularly serviced there. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend their service.

This is hands down one of if not the best dealership in the entire United States and I am genuinely saying this. I have no idea why anyone would say anything negative at all about these guys. I cannot recommend them enough!!! From the time I very first inquired about the vehicle, Maverick Lindsay was absolutely amazing and has taken care of me every step of the way. He literally called me within 2 minutes of me leaving my information for a call back on the vehicle. Mav is truly above his years in regards to his professionalism and skillset. It was a team effort! Every single professional within Patriot GMC in Bartlesville, Oklahoma took amazing care of me. From Billy Beyen, who assisted in the entire process and who I also cannot thank enough to Zach Oerman in Finance who gave me an amazing rate to the GM of Sales, Tristen Jimenez who supported his team in making sure I received nothing but the very best experience within the automobile industry. I again cannot thank the entire team enough at Patriot GMC in Bartlesville for their outstanding customer service and just being genuine guys that only want the best for their customers.
