I had a great experience with Patriot Motors. Andre and Greg were both easy to work with. I never once felt pressured or haggled. The price was reasonable, they answered all my questions very courteously, they gave me time to think and come back. That was honestly the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Once I decided to buy, all the paperwork was quick and painless.

Bought one of the cleanest used 4Runners I’ve seen at a great price. It was a simple process and I never felt pressured. I’m very happy with my purchase!

I bought my 2017 Hyundai Tucson Sport in August of 2024, I had researched the brand and since I was going to be moving to school 3 hours away from my family I wanted reliable transportation and the Hyundai brand had popped up multiple times as being a very reliable car. I purchased the car August 14th from Patriot Motors and they reassured me that I was making the right choice and in that same breath, heavily recommended for me to get a 3 year warranty with Autto. I paid $3,000 on top of the $16,000 car and emptied my saving account hoping that this would be a good and long lasting investment. I started having issues with the car not even a month later. Surely, I thought it was a fluke but the “c shift position” sensor went out and Autto didn’t cover it . Then the window motor stopped working and Autto didn’t cover that. Next my spark plug completely melted and we had to put a helia coil around the plug. Further, the blenddor for my “H-Vac” stopped working and with all the issues that began to arise Autto tried their hardest to not cover a dime. Now, recently, I need an entire new engine, my whole H-Vac system has stopped working and I need a new transfer case (which are all covered in the warranty). The wonderful mechanics at Colby’s Diesel and Automotive shop contacted Autto, as they always do, and spoke with them. Turns out, in my contract that I signed with Autto (the gold package), there is a clause that was not brought to my attention during the agreement of this warranty which is instead of doing up to a $10,000 payment for my car to be fixed, they can just look up the NADA worth of my car and that’s the amount that they will give, as stated in the contact “whichever is lesser”. I would not have wasted my money or time buying a warranty if I’d known that they would do everything they could to not have to pay a cent. In my experience Autto is not a warranty company but rather another corporation just after your money and not in the business of helping people like a proper warranty by definition is for. Don’t waste your money or time buying from Patriot Motors or getting an Autto warranty unless you’re trying to waste your time, money, and patience.

My husband and I were searching for a new car, and Patriot Motors made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The team was incredibly patient and helpful, allowing us to test drive as many vehicles as we wanted without any pressure. They even went above and beyond by letting us take two cars off-site for pre-purchase inspections with our preferred mechanic—not one they recommended, but the one we trusted. To top it all off, when their payment processing software was acting up, they didn’t let it inconvenience us. We had agreed ahead of time that they could stop by our house to pick up a check, and they followed through so we wouldn’t have to go out of our way. That level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. We’re thrilled with our experience and would happily recommend Patriot Motors to anyone looking for a new car!

These guys were great. The experience was very low stress. I didn't buy a car from them today because they did not budge on price hardly at all, even after I brought back an inspection with multiple issues. I was willing to buy the car without getting anything fixed for their asking price just minus the cost of repairs, but I'm sure they want to fix everything themselves and keep the same sticker price. I respect that, I just don't have the time to wait. If they get back to me saying they're fixing the issues and keeping the price the same, I might consider the car again and I'll change the review to 5 stars. Again, the guys were very friendly and very easy to talk to. Edit: they did address some of the mechanical issues that I found in my inspection. They were very prompt with their communication.
