We recently purchased a car from Patterson Motors and drove home so happy! Melissa made it such a straightforward and easy experience for us throughout the whole process. Thankful to the Patterson Motors team!

I purchased a vehicle locally. I did call Patterson to see if I could buy from them. I did get a call back. From sales. They were not at fault. I had been looking for some time. I told sales that I did purchase a truck the day before. So the battery went out. I called the 800 number, and they told me to take it to Patterson Motors. I came after the weekend. Only to be told by the service manager that I should take it back to the place I bought it. I said to GM? He said yea. It's a ram 1500. Why would they service this? He says I dotn know. I bought this with 12,000 kms on it. The 1-800 number I called said the truck was indeed under warranty. The service manager said no. Got to chatham ...maybe they will fix it for you. Pure discrimination on his part. Factory warranty does cover the battery. He said it's the same as brakes. It's not covered. I was going to purchase a power wagon from them.....guess who you can thank for not purchasing from here. I do not recommend this place based on discrimination. The other Chryslyer dealerships said the same thing about this place. This took place on Tuesday, September 3, 2024.

My wife and I recently picked up a new vehicle from Patterson Motors and could not recommend a better dealership! Melissa and her whole staff were a pleasure to work with, and the vehicle was absolutely pristine when we picked it up.

Always take my 300S to Patterson Motors for repairs etc. Excellent service from Rob and his team everytime. They also take care of any recalls without asking. Fair prices and quality. They never try to gouge you or repair anything unnecessarily.
