I had a great experience with Patton Automotive purchasing my Lexus RX350, even though the dealership is nearly two hours away from me in Anderson, Indiana. As a Canadian who recently moved to the U.S., I have excellent credit overall but a shorter US credit history, which made financing more challenging than expected. Despite having money down, most lenders were initially offering higher APRs 7.99-8.99%. Tara truly went above and beyond. She actively searched for a lender willing to work with me, ultimately securing an APR that was significantly better and actually made sense to me. There were several conversations and negotiations along the way, but everything was handled professionally and transparently. Within two business days, everything was finalized. The Lexus was exactly as described — pristine condition, beautiful, and well cared for - and it was delivered directly to my parking area, which I really appreciated. To top it all off, I later received a thoughtful gift package from the dealership, which was such a kind and unexpected gesture. I would confidently recommend Patton Automotive, and especially Tara, to anyone looking for a dealership that genuinely works in your best interest.

The best car buying experience I've ever had and I've owned 9 cars over the course of my lifetime. Tara and Wanda were so friendly and welcomed me in like family. They gave me a good price on my trade in and the Honda CRV that I bought is wonderful. This is the second car I've bought from them. The first was a cargo van that we bought to tow our camper and haul our gear and dogs. I don't think I'll ever shop anyplace else for a car!
