My experience was not good. Took my car for oil change and he oil pan was not put back properly it came off when I was driving on the highway and I had to call road side assistance. When roadside assistance came he picked up the car he realized that the oil pan was not put correctly. It was missing clips. Thank God the tow truck driver took it off and I was able to drive home. I paid him for taking it off, do extra money I had to spend. I went back to the Honda dealer and they put a new oil pan. I left the dealer and I realized that my car alarm was not working and I realized that the hood was not properly close! Not a good experience at all.

This is my first time going to this Paul Miller West Caldwell location. From the moment I entered, I received a warm welcome. I did not feel overwhelmed or pressured. I had a vision in mind of the car I wanted but I was also being realistic. I didn’t think financially I could jump into a bigger car. The car I was shown and winded out driving out the lot, exceeded my “wish” and expectations. Every step of this process was met with care and attention. It was a peaceful experience. I am beyond grateful! I highly recommend coming here and getting the car of your dreams.

He was also flexible with scheduling, worked around our availability, and helped coordinate paperwork and pickup, which made the process more convenient. I appreciated that the dealership was willing to work with us on pricing and budget concerns. I also appreciated that while financing options were discussed, neither Narain nor the finance department became overly pushy once we made it clear that we were paying without financing. Overall, the purchasing process was relatively smooth, and I am happy with the vehicle. Narain was helpful, responsive, and flexible throughout the process.
