The other staff members were kind and courteous. If I had a question or an issue, they were quick to handle it. Had a head gasket blow on a truck of mine yesterday morning. Couldn't get it fixed. We called Paul Thigpen, and dealt with Madison. She helped us out a ton! They gave me a good number for my truck with the blown head gasket, got me in something nicer and newer, and have ordered the gooseneck to be installed on Tuesday. They completely understood what vehicle I needed for the work I do, and they made it happen. Easiest truck-buying experience I've had!
