My service advisor, Keith, was exceptionally friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. The level of customer service I received exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others and will return for future service needs. Great selection of pre owned vehicles. I test drove a used wrangler Rubicon a couple of times before buying it. Checked the service RO on it. They are transparent about carfax reports too and service their pre owned vehicles meticulously before putting them up for sale. I was able to purchase with confidence and they also gave me a great deal on the vehicle and above KBB value for my trade.

Walked in, knew what truck I wanted already, test drove it, they offered me way more on my trade than the chevy dealer, signed papers drove home in a new truck with 100k mile warranty. These trucks ride and look so good

I don’t usually write long reviews, but this Dallas Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealership absolutely earned it. I experienced an unexpected setback the morning I was leaving for an international trip: my Redeye’s battery died completely — no start, no power, nothing. The entire electrical system was non-operational. The worst part? I had packed all my bags in the car the night before… and because the vehicle had zero power, I couldn’t even open the trunk to retrieve my luggage. I woke up to a full-on panic situation. While I waited for a tow truck, I called the dealership immediately, and when I arrived I ran into Joel, Jason, and James. I didn’t even know their positions — I just frantically explained what was happening and that I was on a serious time crunch. What happened next is the kind of leadership and customer care you don’t forget. They didn’t brush me off. They didn’t hit me with “take a number.” They didn’t treat it like “not our problem.” They gave me calm, reassurance, and immediate action. Come to find out, Joel is the General Manager, which makes a lot of sense — because he led from the front. They pulled in a technician named Pierre, and Pierre was awesome. Somehow, some way, he managed to bypass the electrical issue enough to get the trunk opened so I could retrieve my belongings. That alone was huge — it took me from “I’m about to miss my flight” to “Okay, I can breathe again.” From there, they handed me off to Jerrimie, and I can honestly say he’s one of the best service consultants I’ve ever worked with. Professional, calm, clear communicator, and on top of everything. They got me into the queue quickly and within a few short hours they had the emergency resolved and me back on the road. Even while I was waiting, Ricardo (sales) took time to talk with me and offer real consulting — not pushy, just knowledgeable and helpful. That level of attention across departments says a lot about the culture there. Yes, my situation was an anomaly. But that’s exactly why I’m writing this: because they treated an unusual, stressful emergency with empathy, confidence, and competence — and they didn’t have to. I’m literally at the airport writing this because I was that impressed. If you want a dealership that can problem-solve under pressure, treat you like a person (not a transaction), and genuinely go above and beyond — I highly recommend this team.
