Pawn Superstore

I've never been in a more spacious pawn shop as this one. It was large and spacious as one can tell from the pics I took. It was clean and looks well maintained. IMO as a customer service professional, two things were missing when I walked in: 1) A greeter to welcome me and 2) A customer service rep to check in on me The one thing that stood out was a Police officer on duty. That was a very prominent figure standing in my line of sight as soon as I walked in. But no one came to welcome me. I even walked around for 10 minutes and not one person said a word to me. That wasn't a good experience for me. The prices were quite high, even for used tools. Since I know the prices of many tools, their prices were very similar, maybe a few bucks off. It amazed me. Nonetheless, it was a clean place.

I have been coming here since 1990. I feel like i grew up with Most of them. They have the most beautiful jewelry and the best prices. This will forever be my go to for alot of my needs.

didn’t always enjoy if I was struggling, but I knew where to go to get affair loan on my gold ring with diamond. I always appreciated the fact that the owners are Christian and close on Sunday so that their employees and their selves could worship the Lord, friendly and fair in all of their dealings, clean store and safe with an off duty Garland officer on hand, ensuring a well maintained and secure environment🚔

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and helped right away. I want to give a special shout out to Jeremy — he really took care of me! He answered all my questions, gave me very fair and reasonable prices, and made the whole experience flawless. I’ll be honest, I came in skeptical because I’ve had bad experiences in the past with other jewelry stores and pawn shops where I felt scammed. I shared those concerns with Jeremy, and he went above and beyond to make sure every question was answered and that I had complete confidence in my purchase. This shop completely changed my view of pawn shops. I’ll definitely be returning and bringing business here in the future. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming here since I was 17, whether I was looking for a gold chain or pinky ring, and today at 25 I got my wedding band and my wife’s set! Everyone in this store is amazing, but the manager Ashley Apple takes the win! She has always been so helpful and always went above to make sure I left satisfied and with a good deal! 1000xs recommend this place!
