I had a really great experience here and highly recommend working with Dede! She helped me purchase my first vehicle back in 2019, and I was very happy with that experience. Now she's done it again, and I'm very happy with my new vehicle. This time she helped us trade in that vehicle and purchase a new one, and she made the whole process quick and easy. Dede really took the time to listen to what I was looking for. Based on what I wanted, she narrowed it down to a couple of options that fit my needs and wants, and we were able to test drive those. That made the decision process much easier. She was very informative about the features and options on each vehicle and was clearly very knowledgeable. She was also attentive and accommodating, making sure we were comfortable throughout the whole process. In my opinion, Dede is a great salesperson who genuinely cares about helping her customers. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend asking for her if you're looking to buy a vehicle!

So far my experience with this dealership has been awful. I called over 2 months ago about my car (that I had only had for one month at the time) already messing up and breaking down. They claimed they couldn’t even find my vehicle in their system and that they would give me a call back and I’ve still heard nothing now months later. Called again yesterday to check in and they once again said sales manager would call me back. Still nothing and now won’t answer the phone. Upon purchasing the vehicle I was also told they would order and replace a part that was broken before purchase and still nothing now after making 3 car payments. Absolutely ridiculous and very unprofessional. Do not recommend. Also saying they’ll charge $200 just to even look at the car when they are the ones who sold it to me this way.

Thoroughly enjoyable. I know it sounds corny but it was a nice visit as it was not my first purchase, this is our fifth vehicle. And we'll be back!
