Excellent experience with this dealership. I want to thank the whole team — especially Felix Rey Garcia and Genaro Muñoz. Felix helped me get into the red Moab 392 Wrangler, exactly the vehicle I wanted. I had some credit challenges and had already been turned away by other salespeople who didn’t even take the time to understand my situation or the down payment I was prepared to make. Felix handled it differently — he listened, treated me with respect, and worked with me instead of dismissing me. He kept his word, didn’t waste my time, and there was no pressure or games. Genaro in finance also took his time explaining the deal clearly and made sure I understood everything before signing, which I really appreciated. By the time I arrived I was discouraged from past experiences, but they made the process smooth and straightforward. I will definitely recommend them to friends and return for future purchases. Very upsetting with this facility we bought a jeep gladiator a day ago.Then this message started popping off. I reached out yesterday about the issue coming out in our dashboard constantly and no one replied . Today my husband goes in and no one could help him. That the technician is not in . They requested for me to drop off the jeep Monday morning and leave it there to see what could be done . This is my only vehicle at the time as we did trade ins but they DIDN’T CARE they said for us to ask someone to drop us off and pick us up. It’s such an inconvenience as I work Monday - Friday and will be left with no vehicle . We asked for a loan vehicle as we could leave the Jeep today and pick up Monday they said they had none. Our Jeep was a DEMO vehicle , meaning is a brand-new car driven for dealership purposes, but you mean to tell me no one saw that message before on the dashboard. This is frustrating as now I need to figure out how to get my jeep in on Monday , go to work & then back to pick it up. This was dishonest work from the sales man and the team members . It’s infuriating how they just care that you purchase the vehicle but if need of any help you must figure it out on your own. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!! save your energy and go somewhere else . 10/10/25 Update: Agency had my vehicle all day . Telling me the sensor was a sun reflecting issue or rain hitting the windshield. After speaking with the manager he said he will work on it. Gave me a diagnostic at 6pm saying they needed to replace the front camera. Now my dashboard has additional messages and that it won’t be removed until the part comes in and they can replace it .The part has been ordered but can’t give me an exact day when it will come in .

Worst experience ever. They are liars! Went in to check out a vehicle for my wife. We really liked it and the price. They said they couldn't show it to us due to it being in service. They asked us to still run numbers with a bank to get approved. Everything came back that we were approved to just give them time to get the vehicle out of service so we can see it and finish paperwork, that they will call us back that same day. No phone call, Sunday its closed didn't expect anything, Monday still no call just a text that the vehicle we were approved for was sold that same day it was in service. I called to talk to a manager and conveniently they were all busy and our sales person was also busy. I'm but one person it won't make a difference to them they got to make a sale anyways. It's the principle and taking care of all customers. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

Just got a brand new 2026 Jeep Gladiator Mojave X from Payne Jeep and I love it. The whole process was fast and easy, and everyone there was super chill and helpful. Great service

Very awesome service and great price vehicles. I got a 2025 Nissan truck with 2,000 miles on it for a great price and monthly payments. I recommend these guys!
