I came in nervous and not sure I could even purchase a new vehicle. I was helped by Joe Peña who eased my concerns and answered all my questions. He was able to get me the best possible option for the vehicle needs I had. I was not expecting to walk out with a brand new car!! The entire process was smooth & easy!!

They did things fast n we just called told them what we wanted n the delivered. They gave us everything we did the majority over phone n just came in to sign. Overall, I would rate my experience with Payne GMC a 3 out of 5. Jerry maintained a professional demeanor, but follow-up on the service aspects was lacking. After the sale was completed, it felt like I was no longer a priority. Before closing on a Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate, the sales manager told me that if I wanted a “big man truck,” I would need to spend “big man money.” Considering I was spending $88,000 on a truck with 0% APR, I expected that approach to extend to the level of post-sale service as well, but it did not. One of the main issues involved financing after we had already shaken hands on the deal. It was past 7 p.m., and the bank was closed, so I could not request an exact payoff amount for my trade-in. The Security Service Federal Credit Union (SSFCU) app does not allow users to view the full account number or request a payoff amount and only displays a current payoff estimate. I was later told that this estimate was incorrect, and after the deal had already been agreed upon, I was informed that I was responsible for a $250 difference. This was frustrating because the agreement was to fully pay off my trade-in and finance the new vehicle through GM Financial. I also requested a full detail and removal of the dealership badge on my new truck. Neither request was completed properly. The interior was still dusty, and the badge had not been removed. After the exterior wash, I waited an additional 20 to 30 minutes at the front desk because the receptionist was not notified that the vehicle was ready. The salesman relied on her notification rather than checking himself. I eventually walked outside and found my truck parked out front. I informed Jerry that my truck was parked out front. I asked for my key so I could leave.
