I was recently pursuing a vehicle from your Nashua Audi Dealership and I was lead to believe the vehicle was available but undergoing checkout, refurbishing and detailing from your salesperson. (Suzie) Asked if and when I could come in to see the vehicle and she indicated it wasn't ready for showing. (I am Okay) I followed up on Wed 5/20 and received a message that the vehicle was not ready for viewing or test drive along with a message that we will let me know when it will be available. Well today 5/21 I receive a message that the vehicle was purchase sight unseen. Sorry!!! What kind of Audi Dealership are you running. I have purchased my Porsche and Audi's for years as well as service them @ Nashua. I understand business is business but a little common sense says if someone is waiting taking your team's direction, you could at least give them a chance. Please change your policy associated with fair customers dealings. Very Bad Taste. Best Tony Zacher

Frank Lopez was a gentleman! His consultative approach was fabulous -- placing me in the right car for me (no pressure or up-selling). The staff was kind and accommodating. There's a comfy waiting room, with a fresh coffee and muffins! I will definitely be returning to Lyon-Waugh for my next car!

I have bought 6 BMWs from Peobody and went into lease a Mini. I was lied to and it was a terrible experience. After 6 cars they have loss my business , I went to Chambers and had a great experience.
