I think I’ve already filled out one of these. Long story short. I paid a little extra over 3 other dealers but I wanted to buy local. Had it not been for AidenTabers ( I’ve been in sales for 48+ years and have hired and fired my share of folks. Aiden has the IT factor and with some training will be the top salesman every month when he has confidence in himself and his product!!) I would have bought elsewhere at a lower price. He was smooth and pushed all the right buttons to win me over. My only disappointment is that after purchasing the most expensive 1500 on the lot I saw an add on that I thought I had to have. The illuminated GMC logo in the front grill!!! I asked Aiden to see if he could get that $450 thrown in and after conferring with the general manager Brandon I was told he said they had already done enough for me!!! I already paid more than I had to for this vehicle and I knew $450 wasn’t gonna make or break them. What he didn’t know is that when they make changes to the 2027 model and it’s been out for a year is I’m buying the 2028 model as soon as they announce them. That $450 that Brandon didn’t even offer to go in halves has cost them another Sierra Denali Ultimate sale in about 18 months!!! Also, traded in a 2014 Ford Expedition Limited with 14,400 miles on it in showroom condition and they only gave me $47,000 so I know beyond a doubt the $450 for the GMC logo wouldn’t have hurt their bottom line at all. On top of the 2028 Denali they won’t sell if GM Brandon is still there I won’t be sending any further customers to them. I had 4 other offers from $48,000 to $51,000 but again I wanted to buy local if possible and Aiden took care of that.
