The employees were a joy to be around. Was knowledgeable about the vehicles and if it was something they weren’t aware of they would find out, immediately. Collin is who sold me the 2023 Nissan Rogue. Collin was very friendly and I enjoyed his company on our little ride. I’m now just waiting on a phone call for some touch up work from knicks from the road.

I shopped from Harrisonburg to Richmond for a used Tacoma in good condition. Prices were inflated every where. At Pearson I met Khalid Ali who was a true professional. I found the truck that I sought, in great condition and at a very fair price. The purchase was fast, painless, and came with a nice warranty. Khalid and Jeff Holland processed the paperwork efficiently and we were done in short time. I’m pleased with my truck and the care at Pearson. Highly recommend Khalid and Pearson CJD.

I dropped off my 2024 Ram for an oil change and radio check. I had originally said that I would just drop it off and come back later to pick it up.. but my ride could not make it so I told the Advisor Jennifer Watson that I would be waiting there so she called a tech from the back and they immediately got busy on my vehicle so I wouldn't have to wait all day Jennifer and everyone there were friendly, professional, and very helpful. They had my vehicle completed and back to me in record time ! Unfortunately they couldn't fix my infotainment system due to an internal fault luckily it was still under warranty but instead of just trying to patch it up with a bandaid like so many other dealer garages do they ordered me a replacement. Very impressed ! I can't imagine going anywhere else !! What a great team !! THANK YOU, Jim Holcomb

The incompetence here is insane. I leased a vehicle, and after 3 years, I went to trade it in a month early, and they wanted to charge me a $500 trade in fee -- for giving back their vehicle. To top it off, I was returning it with 24,000 miles, while the lease stated I have 36,000 to drive. It passed inspection with zero damage and said I wouldn't need to pay the fee. I get a letter in the mail stating I have to pay that + $3,300 in property taxes. I called the county and they confirmed all my taxes were paid on time every 6 months, and there's no bill due. On top of all this, I called a few months before my lease ended to see the exact date it ends, and after speaking with a salesmen, manager, and front desk person, I got 3 different dates. Out of all the dealerships I've dealt with, I have never experienced incompetence like this. Nobody knows what the hell is going on.
