I walked in (no appointment) with the goal of driving a Maverick after all my research. My next step was to see how it drove and could it fit in my garage next to my wife’s car. I was met by Kayleigh with a pleasant, warm, welcoming smile. She asked if I needed help and did a good job of asking the questions of which trim I was looking in the Maverick. Since she was in Finance, she took me over to meet Dylan. Dylan and I went for a drive around and I explained I needed to see how it fits in my garage next. Dylan and the Manager gave me the keys, told me what time they closed and asked if I could be back before then. It was the afternoon so all I needed was about 90 minutes. I was impressed with how hey handled my situation as a walk in. When I returned the car, Dylan was with a customer so we couldn’t finish, so the thing he did that impressed me was he took notes on what I wanted. I mean he took detailed notes. Within a few days, I got a text that the car matching my description was just returned from a lease. I made a follow up appointment and was later introduced to the head of used car sales. My every encounter from Kaleigh, Dylan, and then ending the used car sales manager was a wonderful experience. I purchased that car a few days later based my experience with this team.

I am a Chevrolet dealer in Northern Michigan and purchased a used 2025 Silverado 2500HD from them, wholesale, for a good friend of mine. The process was smooth and easy. Don Thompson the used car manager was great to work with and had excellent communication. When I got the truck back, as I bought it sight unseen, it was as described, actually it was in better condition than I expected. Zero communication in the service department. Tried to call multiple times, and left a voicemail. No call backs. Had to physically drive to the dealership to get a status update. When I finally checked out it took 30 minutes to pull my car around. If you value your time, don’t waste it here.
