This was the best experience me and my wife have had at a dealership. We have multiple vehicles and the entire process was enjoyable. My wife does not like going to car dealerships and spending 2 to 4 hours inside of the dealership. We were super surprised how quick the process went. Our sales representative was Greg and he was great. We were able to trade a vehicle in and get a new vehicle in the quickest time possible we will definitely be doing business again with this dealership because of this experience if you need fast and reliable service, definitely ask for Greg. He was very helpful from the start of the process to the end of the process and we went to two or three different dealerships.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently purchased a 2023 Tesla Model X from Poway Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and had an excellent experience, especially as an out-of-state buyer from Texas. Buying a vehicle remotely can be stressful, but the team was responsive, transparent, and patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer my questions, provide additional photos and videos, explain the paperwork, and keep me updated from purchase through vehicle pickup and transport. A special thank you to Zara, Jackey, Jacob, and Izzy for all of your help. Everyone was professional, easy to work with, and made the transaction much smoother than I expected. I never felt pressured, and the team worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with the details before moving forward. Professional Reveiwer: I don't base my reviews off other bad reviews, I go and I meet and greet and take it from there. Here is our Buying experience and my reason for 4.5 stars. My deal inquiry started about 1 month ago before the 2026 G WAGONEER L Reserve was available. I was spoke to Sales manager Alfonso great guy. He told me there were GW coming in soon hang tight I said no problem I have to sail across seas ill be back in a month. Ok great, we had discussed that he will give me a really great price. 1 month later we literally had our minds on yukon ultimate or Escalade. Salesman Isiah hit me up ask me was I still looking for a GW and that he has a few come in and check them out. I Go and look at the Limited reserve GW oh yes very nice but not upto me this is for the wife. So being a professional car buyer i know the in and outs and the car market. I go in and work a deal then I take it to my wife. She likes it but not ready to buy until we reach a deal. As we negotiate I go and explore, everyone is really nice, the restrooms were clean mens and women's both have changing stations which they could be replaced they 299.00 at home depot, back to GW wife changes her mind and we want the L GW thats extra room for storage. They look online and they dont have any ok thats fine. Well thanks for looking talk to you later. We left and im on their website looking and we find a L but its not labeled. I called my Salesman Isaiah and he says let me go check yes its definitely GW L RESERVE L. So thays half a star gone because I dont blame Isaiah he's only been there a few weeks and he knew alot about all the cars there and the GW hell of a Salesman 5star. I blame social media team for not labeling L on the website this could be missed sales. Let's carry on. So now we're at a 4.5 star rating. We work a new deal since its 3k more we get a number and sleep on it. The interest rate was horrible for someone with 830 score and almost perfect credit. We begin to leave and salesmanship brought paperwork in writing of a fantastic deal under Msrp with great savings, low interest rate and discounted warranty. Alfonso, Isaiah and the team worked there magic and got us the deal we wanted. That brought it back up to 5 stars. My last words were give me a really good detail in and out before we take delivery. We received it ok it wasn't dirty but it wasn't clean it had dust on the inside and dirt on the wheels. That's why im giving 4 stars. Other then that the team was great and just needs a little work with there social media advertising and replace the baby changing stations. I will buy again from this group. I will update this after my 1st year of ownership.
