Don’t buy a car from here. I sent my son to check out a vehicle while I stayed on the phone the whole time. They had a Ford Fusion (around a 2016). When he started it, the check engine light was already on. I told him to get it scanned, and when he mentioned it to the salesman, he brushed it off like it was nothing—which clearly wasn’t true. My son test drove it, and not even 10 minutes in, the car started jerking. Then when he tried to accelerate, it wouldn’t move at all. The transmission was clearly messed up, and he ended up stuck on the side of the road. How are you selling a car with a bad transmission? He had to sit there waiting for the dealer to come get him for at least 30 minutes, probably longer. And when the guy finally showed up, he still tried to convince him to buy the car. At that point, you already lost the sale just take him back and keep it moving. The whole situation was ridiculous. A simple apology would’ve gone a long way. Definitely not a good experience for my son.

So I got my car on 10-25-2025 Stoped at the gas station and the car would not start, went back to the office and was told it's the battery and it still changing At that point I said ok, Long story short went to the grocery store and once again the car would not start. And this time I was a little nervous and upset ( as I had a child with me) So I called my roadside assistance they were unable to help, I called a towing company. I was not paying $156.34 to go one minute down the road so I had no choice but to leave it there and walk home Try to reach out to Offices, was unable to reach them multiple times, but once I got a hold of them they have done nothing but bend over backwards to help me , text me and calling me making sure everything is good and that's my son and I were safe. There office was closed on Sunday and they made a special trip to my house to check on my vehicle and to make sure I had a reliable vehicle for myself and my son. I don't know too many used car lots dealers that will go above and beyond especially on their day off. I highly highly recommend going to Pegram's Auto Sales to purchase your used vehicle Again I would purchase other vehicle from them any day of the week Thank you Pegram's Auto Sales Inc

If I was able to give this place zero stars I would. I went in hoping to make a deal for my car that I’ve been wanting to get rid of. Thinking I could make a nice conversation with the owners I thought I would be able to get a yes or a no.I went up there to talk to them and at first I there was no offer which is fine i understand that and they told me to come back some other time. Now my car isn’t the nicest ill say that but I still didn’t hear a no from the so I came back, the next day. the other of the shop was not there and they opened late, I so I tried the next day and even brought a friend along with me. This time the owner was there and told me that he would come down to look at the car and see if we could come together and make a decision. I went back home (I don’t live far btw) and the owner closed his shop and left while I waited 30mins.. these guys do not care at all for there costumers and they strictly only care for themselves. I can positively that this is the worst shop on Dickerson road by far, they are unorganized and do not care to take time out of there day for things that do not seem important. positively DO NOT COME to this shop it’s a 0 out of 5. There are plenty of other shops that sells cars that are much better and cheaper that I know of (if u would like to know I’ll tell you) go to them instead!

Scam artist!!!!! Never get a car here u will be scammed out of your money! This man will sell u a lemon and take your money. They don’t keep up with their payment system and will claim u owe more than u do. Single mom of 6 I needed a reliable vehicle without having to put so much money in parts to have it taken. Tried to sell my ex a car that he previousy told me had engine problems not to buy it. Reported this company to the better bureau

I currently am paying on a 28ft moving truck and will be getting another one soon! Very Friendly people who work in the office too!
