I would highly recommend buying from this dealership even if it means a long ride. I am from MD. I was looking for a Jeep Rubicon 392 which I found at Pellegrino in Woodbury Heights after an extensive search. Made the 75 mile drive and bought the one that was there because it was immaculate and it was a pre-owned certified. I found a dealership that treated you like a person and made the transaction smooth and enjoyable. Everyone from the sales manager Anthony, to the salesman Harris were friendly and professional. No high pressure sales tactics. They worked to get the payment where I needed it. I had an issue with the ridiculous MD inspection program and Pelligrino worked with me to get the issue resolved. Jim the service manager went above and beyond to take care of my issue. They also gave me an additional 30 day tag so I could get it through the inspection. Just great people top to bottom. I had my jeep, which I purchased at Pelligri, in for servicing. I was very pleased with the service they provided. The scheduler went out of her way to find a time that worked for my busy schedule and she was kind and courteous. I waited for the service to be completed, and it was done in a timely manner. The service department offers the worse service imaginable. Jim ( the manager)is unprofessional and miscommunicates information. Steve (the advisor) gave me the run around for 2 months saying my part wasn’t in come to find out he NEVER ordered it. I called Steve over 15 times and he told me the part wasn’t in every time I spoke to him. They don’t communicate effectively or will say anything just to get you off the phone. The owner (Russell) didn’t seem overly concerned with the negative behavior that his team demonstrated. The best advice Russel could offer is “mistakes happen”. I called over 15 TIMES in two months checking on the status of the part. This team doesn’t like to take accountability.

Pellegrino has been a pleasure to work with! I recently completed my second lease with Pellegrino, and the experience has been top notch. What made it even better is that I am out of State and the service was still impeccable. The delivery process was a breeze as well. Harris is an absolute gentleman, who uses warmth and class to make a typically stressful experience feel like you are interacting with a long time friend. I can't say enough positive about Harris and the Pellegrino experience. I will certainly continue my relationship with them and hope to get my wife a car from Pellegrino when her lease is up. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a Jeep!
