We recently bought a 2026 1500 Sport, we had some additions (under spray, box liner, mats) that the dealership installed for us prior to pick up. The third party was a bit slower which had delayed our pick up by a day (almost two days) we were quite disappointed, thankfully our salesman Ahmad worked tirelessly to receive the truck as promised. I overheard that Ahmad had made multiple stops and phone calls to make sure our truck was ready. His efforts are noticed and appreciated (the reason for my 5 star review)! When picking up the vehicle it was 1/2 tank of fuel so Ahmad followed us to the gas station to ensure we had a full tank upon leaving. Patrick was wonderful in helping us get the additions we needed at a fair price. Financing went smoothly and Mitch was very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall great experience.

I had a really great experience at Pembroke Chrysler. From the start, everything was smooth and easy, and they were able to help me out pretty quickly. The staff was friendly and straightforward, and I never felt pressured at any point. Paige was a huge help throughout the whole process of buying my vehicle. She answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. You can tell she actually cares about helping people and not just making a sale. Overall, I’m really happy with how everything went and with the vehicle I purchased. Solid team and great service all around. I’d definitely recommend them.

Brought in my 2023 Dodge Ram 1500 truck to have the seal on the front differential fixed. No problem fixing the diff however asked to look at the volume button on the steering wheel. The explanation was that a minimum hour could have been charged for overc $200 however got a break for a charge of $104. The guy told me that it takes time in the bay and technicians need to get paid. See above, got paid in the differential. He also mentioned it takes time to hook up and diagnose and needs specialized equipment. The explanation of the charge was not from the regular service representative and was not well explained. The dealership did follow up and let me know in more detail that diagnosis and the software needed to be updated. Although the extended warranty was purchased software updates are not included. I do appreciate that Ben followed up and better explain the charge. Buying a $70k truck and charge $104 to update defective radio button not working due to Chrysler software seems unreasonable with an extended warranty.

He followed through on every single thing he promised, which meant a lot since this was my first time buying a vehicle completely on my own. My husband bought a new 2025 Dodge Ram this week and his customer service was top notch. Ashton was very knowledgeable and attentive to his wants and needs, checking off all his requests and answering all his questions. He was polite and easy to deal with. The delivery was quick and efficient, the detailing excellent. Finance department was able to answer all his questions. Huw the manager was easy to speak with.
