From the minute I walked I was greeted and welcomed. Numan Mejia was an amazing sales rep. He took his time to get to know me and explained the perks of the vehicle. I purchased my Escalade and felt just great about my purchase. Thank you to the Southbay Penske Cadillac.

I used to go to another Cadillac dealership to get my vehicle serviced. Based on a recommendation from a friend, I started going to Penske. My service writer, Reggie Shelton is the best. I make an appointment, show up and leave the rest to him. Always mindful of my time, I am usually in and out. I take great pride in keeping my car in good running condition. If I missed something, Reggie brings it to my attention so the situation can be addressed. I will continue to have my car serviced there. Extremely pleased.

I had my Cadillac Escalade ESV serviced at Penske Cadillac of South Bay, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Reggie, my service advisor, did a really great job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure all my concerns were addressed, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s not always easy finding a dealership that combines efficiency with genuine customer care, but they definitely delivered. My Escalade was handled with care and completed on time. I had a scheduled maintenance for my first visit. The location is very clean and tidy. My service reps were kind and friendly. The waiting area is also very nice with comfortable chairs, tv and coffee. I was a “waiter” and had to wait about 1 1/2 hours which is not bad. They even may tire pressure, inspected car and washed it as well. All in all, good experience with good experience with Penske and this will be my service location moving forward.
